- P926130 - Regulation of utilities
- PIn addition to a regularly qualified member, the household of a member, including but not limited to, the spouse of a member, the blood or adoptive relatives of them and their spouses may be members.
- PWhen an individual leaves the membership, that member and all individuals who became members by virtue of his or her membership, may continue as members. The surviving spouse of a regularly qualified member, and the blood or adoptive relatives of either of them or their spouses may become members.
